Overview

Textbooks are issued the first few days of school.
  • Students are given books that are checked out on the library computer.
  • They are responsible for taking care of these books and returning them to the library at the end of the year or before if the class is finished with the book.
  • If a student moves before the end of the school year, all text books need to be returned to the library before the student leaves.
  • Workbooks are treated as textbooks and must also be returned upon leaving Brooktree.
  • At the end of the school year, students may take the used workbooks with them.

If a student loses or damages a text book beyond repair, they must be paid for.

  • Textbooks cost an average of $40, with many being higher.
  •  Consumable work books average $20.
